i mean, i am so stoked about the valet! jean baptiste is amazing, the first point of contact, and he's the best. the location rocks, so clean. the suites? huge and the views are great. i say thank you so much for your hospitality!

my only thing is, the spa access has stairs. spa services? they is located on floor 16 but the access to the stairs. you need a special door when you need to go through, it is crazy

The room was clean. I found several issues . The jacuzzi started turning on and off by itself after i took a bath. I tried to report this issue at the front desk, but the staff seemed confused. the tv in the bedroom did not work. I chose not to report it due to the previous painful interaction.

Jean Baptiste from valet offered AMAZING service from arrival to departure. He showed such kindness and was helpful. I was grateful for his attentive care. The lobby had free coffee each morning, a lovely touch.

I found the mini fridge in my room did not work. This was inconvenient, especially for storing drinks and snacks. I hope they address this issue.

The fitness room had plenty of equipment for a complete workout, including treadmills and weights. The pool area featured plenty of lounge chairs. I loved the pool on the sixteenth floor.
